Abstract: Carcinomas of mullerian origin involving the colorectum in women with no concurrent or history of gynecologic malignancies are diagnostically challenging, and its histogenetic origin is uncertain. We present a Case of 66 year old female presenting with complaints altered bowel habits, abdominal pain and a history of weight loss, who was further evaluated and surgically operated and the biopsy and IHC found to be carcinoma of mullerian origin with clinical presentation mimicking primary colorectal carcinoma.
