Abstract: The theses consider the importance of soft skills for modern education and student youth in particular, as well as the relationship between the formation of success skills and the support of mental health.The role of pedagogical innovations, interactive technologies and psychological support in creating a harmonious educational environment is shown, which is implemented in the context of global challenges associated with war, digitalization and the transformation of society.A comparative analysis of pedagogical ideas regarding the organization of learning, the use of visualization and teaching methods is carried out.The role of innovative approaches that ensure the integrity of the educational process and its adaptability is emphasized.
