Thermal Injury of the Motor Branch of Ulnar Nerve Following Electrocauterization of Ulnar Artery—A Rare Complication After Open Carpal Tunnel Release
Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Case Report
Abstract: We present a rare complication of open carpal tunnel release involving severe thermal injury to the motor branch of the ulnar nerve after a misplaced incision and blind electrocauterization of the lacerated ulnar artery.
