Abstract: This study identified the dominant Lum stem-like epithelial cell subpopulation, along with changes in the TME characterized by increased stroma and decreased immune infiltration after hormonal therapy in HRLPC. These findings can help guide the subsequent treatment strategies for HRLPC patients.
