Abstract: Simple myopia is a common refractive error affecting a significant portion of the population, especially among school-aged children and young adults. While corrective spectacles remain the standard treatment, Ayurvedic interventions may offer potential complementary benefits. This clinical study aims to evaluate the add-on effect of Guduchyadi Rasakriya Anjana, an Ayurvedic ophthalmic preparation, when used alongside spectacles in the management of simple myopia. Comparatively, more relief was observed in objective criteria in patients with Guduchyadi Rasakriya Anjana along with spectacles.
