An Innovative Study on Heat Flux and Mass Transfer in Two-phase Nanofluids With Activation Energy Considerations
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This study examines the influence of nanofluids and activation energy on fluid dynamics under the impact of a magnetic dipole. The investigation incorporates chemical processes, nonlinear radiative energy flow, and quadratic thermal radiation with a ferro-hydrodynamic framework. The governing partial differential equations are transformed into ordinary differential equations and solved numerically using the Runge-Kutta method.Key factors such as Brownian motion, thermophoresis, Schmidt number, and electrical conductivity are analyzed to understand their impact on heat and mass transfer. These findings provide valuable insights into optimizing fluid behavior, with applications spanning environmental engineering, pharmaceuticals, material science, and industrial cooling systems. The research bridges existing gaps in understanding ferromagnetic fluid dynamics and contributes to advancements in technology and environmental management. Results indicate that the Brownian motion parameter enhances particle concentration, while the thermophoresis parameter reduces concentration in higher-temperature regions. The study further highlights the significance of the Schmidt number in controlling pollutant dispersion and the role of electrical conductivity, and activation energy in thermal and mass diffusion.
