Empowering organizational management with artificial intelligence-enhanced data analytics solutions

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The effective organizational management is vital to improving efficiency, managing capital, and maintaining satisfaction among staff members. The increasing difficulty of managing organizations needs new approaches to decision-making and efficiency in operation. By leveraging advanced data analytics, the research proposes a unique Bottlenose Dolphin Optimizer-driven Multilayer Perceptron (BDO-MLP) model for strengthening the management of organizations through AI-enhanced strategies. This approach utilizes publicly available data and pre-processing using min-max normalization for constant scaling and principal component analysis (PCA) for ideal feature extraction. The experimental findings show that the proposed BDO-MLP model achieves superior accuracy (0.985) and precision (0.88) associated with conventional methods. This process successfully provides detailed patterns related to the productivity of labor, handling of resources, and leadership assessments, which enables better-informed decision-making. It underlines the BDO-MLP model's capabilities to enhance the efficiency of organizations by managing challenging data structures and offering reliable information, distinguishing it as a powerful remedy for present problems in organizations. Furthermore, integrating AI-driven optimization techniques in organizational management ensures improved adaptability and operational intelligence. The use of min-max normalization guarantees consistent data scaling, while PCA effectively extracts the most significant features, allowing the model to focus on key organizational parameters. These factors contribute to the model's ability to streamline complex management processes, making it a valuable tool for decision-makers. The study highlights how the BDO-MLP model's advanced analytical capabilities assist in optimizing capital allocation, improving workforce productivity, and refining leadership evaluation metrics. As a result, organizations can leverage data-driven insights to make strategic decisions with greater confidence. The effectiveness of this model establishes it as a crucial advancement in modern organizational management, demonstrating its potential to tackle current and future challenges.
