Abstract: Samier home industry actors in Kayangan Village Jombang manage synergy by utilizing existing social capital. The same product is actually interpreted as the basis for determining collective norms and trust from its actors. This research was designed descriptively and qualitatively. The data collection process was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The actors' experiences were recorded through the framework of Francis Fukuyama's social capital theory. The practice of social capital is shown through naturally formed norms and is supported by the Kayangan Village Samier Home Industry Association, which accommodates 50 Samier home industry actors. The norms practiced by actors are mutual respect, collaboration, mutual cooperation, participation, and tolerance. The realization of this norm is based on the actors' belief that sustenance has been arranged by God, so it is realized by creating good cooperation with all parties. So, the network that is built strengthens the internal network, namely with fellow actors, workers, and families. Meanwhile, the external network is with consumers, raw material suppliers, and the government as supporters of the development of the home industry in Kayangan village.
