Abstract: Alcoholic hepatitis (AH), cirrhosis, and reversible fatty liver are all considered forms of alcoholic liver disease (ALD). AH is a severe liver disease caused by excessive alcohol use that has a 30-80% short-term fatality rate. Treatment options aim to prevent innate immune reactions; drinking alcohol increases fatty acid mobilisation and liver uptake by interfering with mitochondrial β-oxidation of fatty acids; chemokines play a significant role in AH, as endotoxins, ethanol, and HIV-1 glycoprotein 120 all cause severe reactions in Kupffer cells. The treatment included Indrayava, Kamdudha Rasa, Triphala Yoga, Sadyavirechana, Arogyavardhini vati, and Eranda Bhrasht haritaki. Arogyavardhini Vati is a powerful medication used to treat hepatic problems and liver cirrhosis. Among the many advantages of Kamdudha Rasa are weight loss, lipid metabolism regulation, and better digestion. Because of its tannin concentration, triphala yoga is widely known for its antioxidant properties. Indrayava is well known for enhancing liver function and aiding in the treatment of liver-related illnesses. Erand Bhrasht's Haritaki helps separate faces while preserving their natural consistency. The latency of kaolin ejection in faecal waste is a measure of intestinal motility in response to Haritaki dose formulations. The patient's symptoms and LFT reports considerably improved after a week of treatment.
