Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy and Cor Triatriatum Dexter: An Unreported Association

Abstract: We present a 74-year-old patient with a previous diagnosis of arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy manifesting as heart failure where a concomitant cor triatriatum dexter has accidentally been diagnosed by echocardiography. The association between arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy and cor triatriatum dexter has not been reported yet. The management of the patient is described.
