Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of the leadership style of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT BPD Kaltim Kaltara, Tanjung Redeb Branch. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents, employees of PT BPD Kaltim Kaltara Tanjung Redeb Branch who were used as research samples. This research concludes that: 1) Leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance. 2) Work discipline partially has no significant effect on performance. 3) Motivation partially has an insignificant effect on employee performance. Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance
