Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Andiarta Muzizat (Ninja Coefficient of Determination, T Test and F Test. Research was conducted on 86 employees. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on performance. This is proven by the results of the T test: t-count = 4,290 and t-table value = 1,663 with a significance value of (0.000 <0.005). So H1 is accepted. The Work Environment partially influences positive and significant on employee performance. Proven from t-count > t-table or 3,022 > 1,663 with a significance value (0.000 < 0.005) So H2 is accepted. Leadership Style and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This is proven by the results of the F test 30.184 > 3.11. So H3 is accepted.
