Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and workload on employee performance at PT Andiarta Muzizat (Ninja , Coefficient of Determination, T Test and F Test. Research was conducted on 86 employees. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. T test results: t-count: 2.454 and t-table value = 1.663, the significance value is 0.016. So H1 is rejected. Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From t-count > t-table or 4,013 > 1,663 the significance value is 0.000. So H2 is accepted. Compensation and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. F test results 29,888 > 3.11 and the significance value is 0.000. So H3 is accepted.
