Abstract: Background: User satisfaction is one of the aspects influenced by service quality. Hospitals serve as healthcare facilities aimed at delivering medical services, and all available amenities can be oriented toward user satisfaction. Patient satisfaction itself is a key indicator often used to measure the quality of healthcare services. The presence of quality assurance systems and hospital accreditation standards necessitate regular assessment of patient service satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with inpatient satisfaction levels at RSIA Kirana Manado. Methods: This quantitative study employed a cross-sectional design, conducted at RSIA Kirana Manado during February–March 2025 with a sample size of 91 participants. Independent variables included interpersonal behavior, professionalism, comfort access, financial aspects, and physical environment. The dependent variable was patient satisfaction. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate (Spearman Rank), and multivariate (Multiple Regression Analysis) methods. Result: Univariate analysis showed that 100% of respondents rated interpersonal behavior, professionalism, comfort access, and physical environment as good, while 50.2% rated the Financial Aspects as fair. Bivariate correlation analysis revealed a significant relationship between interpersonal behavior, professionalism, comfort access, and physical environment with patient satisfaction (p < 0.05), while financial aspects showed no significant relationship (p > 0.05). Multivariate analysis indicated interpersonal behavior as the most dominant factor related to patient satisfaction, with a p-value of 0.02 and regression coefficient (B) of 2.314. Conclusion: Interpersonal behavior, professionalism, comfort access, and physical environment are positively associated with inpatient satisfaction, while financial aspects are not. The most influential factor is interpersonal behavior.
