Abstract: Islamic counseling guidance cannot beseparated from the challengesfaced by humans. This is because each individual has different abilities insolving the problems they face. Therefore, direction and guidance are neededthat can help individuals understand their situation well. This study aims to: 1)To find out the Implementation of Islamic Counseling Guidance for Employeesin the management of Laundry Business at the Wali Songo Ngabar IslamicBoarding School, 2) To find out the Impact of Islamic Counseling Guidance onEmployees in the Management of Laundry Business at the Wali Songo NgabarIslamic Boarding School.The research method uses qualitative methods. The primary data sourcein this study is the manager and employee of Ngabar Laundry at the Wali SongoNgabar Islamic Boarding School, for the secondary data source the researcherobtained data from books, journals, or research results previously conducted byother researchers relevant to this study. The data collection technique usesinterview, observation, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, to analyzethe data and test the validity of the data obtained using data reduction, datapresentation, and verification (drawing conclusions).The results of this study revealed that: 1) The implementati on of IslamicCounseling Guidance in Ngabar Laundry uses group and individual guidancemethods. In the group counseling guidance method, Ngabar Laundry uses theconcept of routine recitation and evaluation meetings. Islamic counselingguidance at Ngabar Laundry also uses the individual counseling guidancemethod, which is carried out at the Ngabar Laundry Production office. 2) Theimpact of Islamic Counseling Guidance on Employees in Laundry BusinessManagement at the Wali Songo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School is an increasein better religious knowledge, an increase in morals and work ethics, and anincrease in work.
