Abstract: المستخلصهدف البحث الحالي إلى اختبار أثر التشريعات الجمركية الحديثة على فاعلية وكفاءة الإجراءات الجمركية اللوجستية للعاملين في جمارك بورسعيد من ٢٠١٩ حتى ٢٠٢٣، من خلال دراسة ميدانية تجرى في هذا القطاع، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (291) مفردة. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتشريعات الجمركية الحديثة علي فاعلية وكفاءة الإجراءات الجمركية اللوجستية في هيئة الجمارك المصرية. وأوصى البحث بتحسين الشفافية والإجراءات الخاصة بالتعامل مع الجمارك لتسهيل الإجراءات وتقليل الوقت المستغرق، وذلك من خلال وضع آليات تواصل فعالة بين الجمارك والمتعاملين لضمان الشفافية في كافة الإجراءات. AbstractThe current research aims to test the impact of modern customs legislation on the effectiveness and efficiency of customs logistics procedures for workers in Port Said Customs from 2019 to 2023, through a field study conducted in this sector, and the study sample amounted to (291) individuals. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the results of the study indicated the existence of a statistically significant impact of modern customs legislation on the effectiveness and efficiency of customs logistics procedures in the Egyptian Customs Authority. The research recommended improving transparency and procedures for dealing with customs to facilitate procedures and reduce the time taken, by establishing effective communication mechanisms between customs and dealers to ensure transparency in all procedures.
