Exact Computation of Zagreb-type and Randić Indices in Complex Nanostructured Graph Models

Abstract: In the present work, we compute exact analytical expressions for certain degree-based topological indices, namely, Randić index Ra(G) for different values of , the first Zagreb index, the hyper Zagreb index, atom-bond connectivity (ABC) index, geometric arithmetic (GA) index, multiple Zagreb indices, the fourth ABC index and the fifth GA index for certain two-dimensional nanostructures. The obtained results provide deeper insight into the structural characterization of nanostructures and highlight the relevance of degree-based topological indices in mathematical chemistry.
