Abstract: Planning measurements using telemedicine sensor-transducer equipment is a complex multi-criteria optimization problem, the efficiency of which directly affects the quality of medical telemonitoring. This article presents a mathematical formulation of the problem of determining the optimal telemedicine measurement program and a methodology for optimal planning of measurement operations by ranking, implemented thanks to the introduction of feedback in the medical telemonitoring system circuit based on IoMT (Internet of Matter) sensors. of Medical Things) and cloud computing.
