Principles of architectural image development in modern architecture

Abstract: The study examines the architectural image as a cognitive result of perception and as an information model of architecture consisting of seven categories of signals. A reference coordinate system is formulated as principles that include all the diversity of manifestations of architectural image signals between two polar states. These principles, identified through analysis of current trends in the theory and practice of modern architecture, reflect the formation of the architectural image of modern architecture. Recommendations for use are proposed for each of the principles, organizing practice-oriented processes into a single theoretical system.
