Research on Deep Learning-based Algorithms for Quantitative Assessment and Individualized Planning of Students' Development in the Five Education Sectors in Universities

Abstract: In this study, deep learning technology is used to construct quantitative assessment and personalized planning algorithms for the development of "five education" of college students. Firstly, we analyze the current situation of college education, the importance of the "five education" and the background of deep learning application, and review the relevant studies at home and abroad. In the theoretical foundation and methodology section, the theoretical framework of "five education" development is constructed, and the principles of quantitative assessment model design and personalized planning algorithm are clarified. Then, the design and implementation process of the quantitative assessment model based on deep learning, including the network structure, the preparation of training and validation sets, and the optimization of parameters, are described in detail, and the experimental results are analyzed in depth. In addition, a personalized development planning algorithm for individual differences is proposed, and the logic of the algorithm is described and supplemented with case studies. Finally, we summarize the main findings and innovations, and look forward to the future direction of work, including technical improvement and application scenario expansion.
