Abstract: In today's era, intelligent manufacturing engineering is developing quickly. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the autonomous learning ability of the robot to improve the production efficiency and quality of products. In this paper, I will focus on the autonomous learning algorithm of robots. First, I will give an introduction to the background and significance of the current study, and then explain the research status of robot autonomous learning algorithms, and the problems in existing robot autonomous learning algorithms. Algorithm being improved upon Optimization of the algorithms in question is explained in great depth, including how we can make our learning models better, change the way parameters are changed, and bring in new types of optimizations. Finally, the conclusion states the most important results of this article and the next work.
