Abstract: This study aims to conduct a Feasibility Study Analysis of Computed Radiography X-Ray Service Development (X-Ray Image) at the Al Yamin Medical Center Primary Clinic which is reviewed from 6 aspects, namely marketing management, operations, HR, legality/law, environment and finance. Al Yamin Medical Center Clinic currently needs a better positioning strategy in the midst of an increasingly competitive health sector. The type of research is descriptive with a mix of methods. Data was obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the marketing aspect obtained a very supportive market potential with demand> supply. The operational aspect of the Clinic has a strategic location including the ability to provide buildings and radiology equipment according to standards can be met. The HR aspect based on the number of available HR and according to qualifications in Garut Regency can still be met. The legality/law aspect based on the Ministry of Health regulations stipulates that the Clinic can provide radiology services. The environmental aspect is obtained by the Clinic being able to anticipate radiation hazards by making building structures according to standards. The financial aspect of the results of the PP, NPV and IRR analysis shows good results. Overall, the development of computed radiography x-ray services at the Al Yamin Medical Center Primary Clinic is feasible.
