Abstract: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a serious disease with a high mortality rate characterized by dyspnea, fatigue and decreased exercise tolerance. These symptoms can be successfully treated with pulmonary rehabilitation, a comprehensive intervention and holistic approach designed to improve the physical and psychological status of people with COPD. Nurses, with their multifaceted role in this process, increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation and ensure the active participation of patients in the treatment process. With the new opportunities offered by technology, the role of nurses in this field is expanding and gaining importance. This review examines the development of pulmonary rehabilitation in COPD patients in a changing world and the role of nurses in this process.KAYNAKLAR 1.Akalın, B., Demirbaş, M.B. (2022).
