Abstract: Background: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) is associated with a variety of vascular complications, including Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN), which affects over 40% of patients within 10 years of diagnosis. Undiagnosed DPN can significantly diminish quality of life and increase mortality. For early prognosis, plantar Vibration Perception Threshold is considered an important indicator for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy
