Abstract: The continued increase in demand for shallots must be accompanied by efforts to increase production sustainably, one of which is by using environmentally friendly fertilizers, namely Veg liquid organic fertilizer (LOF). The research aims to find out: 1) the interaction between the concentration and time interval of Veg LOF; 2) concentration of Veg LOF; and 3) time interval of Veg LOF which provides the best growth and yield of shallot. A 4 x 3 factorial experiment in Randomized Complete Block Design, consisting of 6 blocks was conducted at the Sumber Agung Village Agricultural Garden, Berau Regency from March to May 2022. The concentration of Veg LOF as the first factor, consisting of 0.00; 7.50; 15.00; and 22.50 mL L-1. Time interval for administering Veg LOF is the second factor, consisting of every 1; 2; and 3 weeks. Analysis of variance (Anova) used to analyzed data, followed by the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test at α 5%. Regression orthogonal polynomial analysis and correlation were performed to determine the relationship between dry tuber weight per clump and concentration of Veg LOF. The Anova concluded that the interaction and time interval of Veg LOF application were not significantly different for all variables. The Veg LOF concentration was significantly different on plant height, number of leaves, tuber diameter, fresh tuber weight, and dry tuber weight, the regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 25.6387 + 3.6227x – 0.1165x2, correlation coefficient (r) 0.8926, determination coefficient (R2) 0.7967, optimum concentration of Veg LOF 15.5437 mL L-1, and maximum dry tuber weight 53.938 g per clump.
