Abstract: Effective management of human immunodeficiency virus patients with multiple opportunistic infections requires a multidisciplinary approach, timely initiation of antiretroviral therapy, and careful adjustment for drug-drug interactions. Coordinated care and vigilant monitoring significantly improve survival and highlight the importance of individualized treatment strategies in complex co-infection scenarios.
