Abstract: Moiré Superlattices Polarization vortices emerge in twisted multilayer WSe2 as revealed by 4D-STEM. The image highlights vortex-like textures induced by strain within the Moiré superlattice, showcasing chiral and periodic in-plane polarization. In article number 2503363, Sonia Conesa-Boj and co-workers demonstrate that strain, rather than twist alone, is essential for engineering chiral dipole textures in 2D van der Waals materials.
