Abstract: • Ipilimumab achieved an ORR of 23% in patients with multiply relapsed cHL, failing to meet the primary endpoint of the trial. • Expression of immune checkpoints within the cHL microenvironment may not be sufficient to predict efficacy of targeted immunotherapies.
