Methode descriptive research was used to explain the results of the Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV) examination of pregnant women in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimesters at the Wonokerto I Community Health Center. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method. There were 33 pregnant women respondents at the Wonokerto Community Health Center. Results the normocytic MCV Index value (80-100 fL) was higher than the results showing microcytic (80 fL). In this study, normocytic MCV results were found in 31 samples (93,93%), while microcytic MCV results were found in 2 samples (6,07%), and no samples were found in macrocytic MCV. MCV values in pregnant women range from 68.2 fL to 96.9 fL. Conclusion all pregnant women in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimesters with a total of 33 samples, obtained normocytic anemia with 31 samples of pregnant women, and microcytic anemia with 2 samples of pregnant women.
