Abstract: In the 21st century, the formation of the information society, the rapid development of digitaltechnologies, and the increase in global information flows have made the management of library andinformation resources more complex. In the modern era, libraries are no longer just spaces for storingphysical resources but have transformed into extensive electronic information platforms.
