Abstract: This study constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban resilience and network by using the gravity model, the entropy weight method, the natural fracture method, the coupling degree model, and the relative development degree model. The urban gravity, urban resilience value and the coupling degrees of Yellow River coastal cities in Henan Province from 2016 to 2020 were calculated. Accordingly, the cities were classified into different spatial types. The results show that the urban resilience and network of Yellow River coastal cities in Henan Province exhibit a close association. Additionally, coupling level is generally good in these cities, although there is still plenty of room for improvement. Spatial differences within the region are obvious, and the spatial pattern of "ZhengLuoXin as the core, central high and peripheral low" has gradually formed. According to the degrees of coupling and the relative development degree, the Yellow River coastal cities were divided into 6 types in 2020, namely coupling-advanced coordination, coupling-primary coordination, coupling-slight disorders, run-in-slight disorders, antagonism-slight disorders, and dissociation-severe disorder. Accordingly, urban resilience and urban networks are closely related，during the development of city ，should be taken more effective measures in the future，to promote the coupling of the two systems，to support the urban development.
