The growing digital population, interest from investors, government support, and a wide pool of talented people, all of which make a great environment for innovation. However, startups in India also face challenges, such as lack of fund, dealing with complicated and changing rules, shortage of skilled workers, and poor infrastructure like unreliable power and internet. They also struggle with a difficult and sometimes confusing set of regulations, including tax laws and new rules on protecting data.
