Students appeared to be more involved and confident while the exercise was being implemented. This activity showed a positive response because this method prioritises an interactive, game-based approach. Despite initial challenges such as limited internet access and unfamiliarity with the platform, both students and lecturers found the method effective and enjoyable. However, the participants were engaged and enthusiastic during the implementation and found this method to be effective and fun. These results showed that the integration of digital tools to improve the writing skills of nursing students who focus on ESP nursing as a practical and student-centred strategy for English for Specific Purposes (ESP) instruction, especially in nursing education, where communication accuracy is needed.
