Abstract: ABSTRACT We report the complete genome sequence of Streptomyces sp. strain CY-1, which was isolated from the rhizosphere of soybean. The genome was sequenced using both PacBio and Illumina platforms. It comprises a linear chromosome of 11,477,595 bp in length.
