Abstract: Food delivery apps have revolutionized how consumers access food, creating a rapidly expanding industry that has reshaped the dynamics of the restaurant sector, consumer behavior, and labor markets. While these apps provide unparalleled convenience and accessibility, they also introduce significant challenges related to environmental sustainability, economic inequality, and labor rights. This journal examines the awareness and implications of food delivery services, with a focus on their impact on consumers, businesses, workers, and the environment. By synthesizing existing research and presenting a comprehensive analysis, this study aims to raise awareness of the complexities associated with food delivery apps and explore strategies to address their negative consequences.
