Abstract: The article analyzes the socio-economic situation in Armenia. It examines economic problems andfactors affecting them, the social situation, the level of poverty and unemployment in the country, problemsin education, demography and migration processes. Recent profound socio-economic changes andupheavals in Armenia have had a significant impact on the socio-psychological landscape of Armeniansociety. The analysis shows that despite all the measures and efforts taken in the social and economicspheres, it was not possible to achieve the desired result.
