Abstract: Through adopting a method combining literature review, case analysis and empirical research to systematically analyze the current application status and development trend of AI in e-commerce logistics, this study explores the intelligent evolution of the e-commerce logistics supply chain system driven by artificial intelligence, reveals how AI technology enhances logistics efficiency, reduces costs and enhances customer experience, and points out that in the context of the rapid development of e-commerce, the logistics supply chain system is facing unprecedented complexity and uncertainty challenges and the traditional logistics model is unable to meet the demands of large-scale high-frequency and personalized orders. Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology as the core of the new generation of information technology provides a key possibility for the intelligent transformation of the e-commerce logistics supply chain. Through the deep integration of AI technology, the logistics supply chain system can not only achieve real-time information sharing and efficient collaboration but also optimize resource allocation and decision-making processes, improving logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
