Abstract: This study examines the impact of work motivation and work environment on long-term employee performance, with job satisfaction serving as a mediator, involving 94 permanent employees of the Passengers Service Division at PT USS. The study was conducted because employees in the ground handling sector have a strategic role in supporting the smooth operation of flights and airport services; however, high workload dynamics, strict safety standards, and demanding working conditions can affect their job satisfaction and the sustainability of their performance. A standardized questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale was used to obtain quantitative data, which was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares with SmartPLS 4.0 software to test seven hypotheses. The findings reveal that work motivation and work environment have a positive and considerable impact on long-term employee performance, and that job satisfaction significantly moderates the impact of work motivation and work environment on long-term employee performance.
