Abstract: The investigation undertaken focuses on discerning the implications of NRBF2 in relation to Alzheimer's Disease (AD) progression. Observable was a diminution in hippocampal NRBF2 concentrations within 5FAD mice vis-à-vis those classified as wild-type. The over induction of NRBF2 engenders observable improvements, which manifest predominantly as enhanced neurogenesis within the adult hippocampal region, alongside a reduction in amyloid-beta plaques and heightened cognitive faculties among murine models afflicted with Alzheimer's Disease. Behavioral evaluations affirm the empirical data presented, employing techniques including the Morris water maze, examination for novelty object recognition, and analysis of exploration tendencies through Y-maze apparatus. In the spatial domain of 3Tg-AD rodent environments are such analogous outcomes anticipated to emerge. From this discerned information may be deduced that NRBF2-targeting therapeutic methodologies retain appreciable efficaciousness in addressing AD's prevailing obstacles.
