Abstract: The article examines the essence and significance of innovative approaches in the training of future specialists in preschool education during their teaching practice.The role of innovative methods, technologies, and interactive forms of work in shaping students' professional competence is highlighted.The necessity of combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience is emphasized, as it fosters the development of creativity, critical thinking, as well as communication and organizational skills of future educators.Special attention is paid to the importance of teaching practice as a key stage of professional development, which contributes to improving the quality of training competitive specialists in preschool education.
