Abstract: • In this work, we will examine how MHD and double-diffusivity affect the peristaltic flow of a non-Newtonian hybrid nanofluid that exhibits only viscous behavior. Because of their enhanced thermal properties, nanofluids are typically used as radiators, heat exchangers coolants and electronic cooling systems. The process in fluid mechanics known as double diffusivity produces convection for two different density gradients. Because it is crucial for determining antibodies and antigens. Normal breathing requires dispersion of gases via the pulmonary membrane. The Newtonian fluid in a vertical flow of the peristaltic trail with the involvement of hybrid nanoparticles ( ZnO + Mo S 2 ) and engine oil as a base fluid is the subject of the current article under consideration of double-diffusive convection along with the magnetic field. The established and evaluated visual findings for temperature, changeable viscosity on the double diffusivity, velocity profile, and chemical response include a large variety of integrated elements. The leading circumstances of hybrid nanofluid in which molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) and zinc oxide (ZnO) are considered as nanoparticles; are investigated by altering graphs using the MATLAB bvp4c technique. At the last we will give a comparison with the different published articles for our code validation. . This manuscript mainly deals with the transport of to scrutinize its working for several purposes under the impact of MHD. Features of nanoparticles are observed keenly, to maintain the temperature of fluid. Non-linear equations are transformed into non-dimensional form and then resolved by employing the BVP4c technique to plot graphs of velocity, temperature, concentration, and double diffusivity. To depict figuratively the results of a chemical reaction the “Arrhenius law” is operated. For the rate of the chemical reaction, activation energy and the Lewis number L e shows the opposite behavior. The volume fraction of nanoparticles M o S 2 and Z n O have diverse impacts on the double diffusivity of the hybrid nanofluid, which causes the fluid to be stable throughout the motion. Also, the behavior of temperature is much more suitable for engine oil due to the existence of nanoparticles. Our investigation exhibits that thermal Grashof and Solutal numbers boost fluid flow above the pumping area of the peristaltic boundary by approximately 28.5%, while the motion of nanofluid declines as nanoparticle Grashof numbers by approximately 34.2%. Moreover, the Effect of a magnetic field is elaborated with the aid of describing the graph that the velocity of fluid declines approximately from u =0.42 for M =1 to u =0.25 for M =2.5, indicating a 40% reduction. The findings are applicable to peristaltic biomedical transport, microfluidic cooling devices, and engine oil-based thermal systems. The novelty of this work lies in examining the combined influence of hybrid nanoparticles, chemical kinetics, and MHD effects on peristaltic transport, offering deeper insight into the dual role of M o S 2 , Z n O nanoparticles in improving thermal stability and double-diffusivity of the fluid. The practical significance of the results is highlighted through their potential applications in biomedical peristaltic transport, microfluidic cooling systems, and engine oil-based thermal management devices, where efficient temperature regulation and flow control are crucial.
