Abstract: Secondary aortoenteric fistula (SAEF) is a rare but life-threatening complication following aortic graft placement, often leading to gastrointestinal hemorrhage or sepsis. We report a rare case of an eroded aortobifemoral bypass graft that migrated into the duodenal lumen, emphasizing its clinical presentation, radiological findings, and management approach.
