Integrated construction information system for prefabricated buildings based on BIM, RFID, and fuzzy set theory: dynamic optimization and benefit evaluation
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The purpose of the research is to break through the information barriers in traditional prefabricated building construction management, address the low level of intelligence in dynamic optimization of schedule and cost, and the lack of systematic quantitative methods for comprehensive benefit evaluation. Building information modeling and radio frequency technology are coupled to create an integrated system for prefabricated building construction information. The intelligent technology duration cost dynamic optimization method is built in conjunction with the particle swarm optimization, which is employed and refined with the goal of scheduling optimization in construction. A thorough benefit evaluation model of prefabricated buildings is built using variable fuzzy set theory. The results show that through the integrated type construction information integration system, the optimal construction period of the actual project is 151 days, and the optimal cost is 2.833 million yuan. The optimal duration for static schedule cost optimization is 150 days, and the optimal cost is 3.12 million yuan. The final grade judgment value H of the comprehensive benefit of the evaluation project applied in the actual prefabricated building is 1.497. The above results achieve full process tracking of components from production to installation, significantly improve resource utilization efficiency, and provide scientific basis for standardized construction of prefabricated buildings.
