Abstract: This research looks at how the HR management process to improve the quality of education found in SMPIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong Regency. This research used descriptive qualitative research design. The results showed that the implementation of the human resource management process with the aim of improving the quality of education at SMPIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong Regency had been implemented well. In improving the quality of education in SMPIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong Regency, the role of human resource management is important because it is related to the learning process which includes planning, selection and recruitment, placement, development and career improvement, as well as supervision and evaluation of teaching and education personnel. Educators and education personnel in SMPIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong Regency have a strategic role especially in the character building of students as the next generation of the nation through personality building and Islamic education principles. The findings of this study are expected to be the foundation in the implementation of human resource management for a better quality of education by minimizing gaps in material mastery, adjusting functions with abilities, and maintaining the quality of educators and education personnel.
