Abstract: Figure S8. The associations between the alleles of rs9461276 and the expression levels of POU2F1 in our own CRC samples. tRFQTL rs9461276 is significantly associated with POU2F1 expression in both tumor (A) and matched normal tissues (B) from our own samples. The expression levels of POU2F1 were quantified using qRT-PCR and were normalized to that of GAPDH. Data are shown as the median (minimum to maximum). All P-values were calculated using linear regression analyses.
