Abstract: We report a case of a patient developing extensive periorbital, facial, and neck emphysema during hyperbaric oxygen treatment for his facial osteoradionecrosis after sequestrectomy. Hyperbaric physicians should be alert for the potential development of this complication during the treatment and have a contingency plan.
