Abstract: This study investigated beat-to-beat blood pressure variability (BPV) in young unmedicated adults with major depressive disorder (MDD). The results demonstrated that both BPV and sympathetic baroreflex sensitivity were preserved in young unmedicated adults with MDD compared with healthy nondepressed young adults.
