Abstract: ABSTRACT The climate crisis has stimulated research into alternative solutions for combating climate change and environmental pollution. Extremophilic microorganisms present a valuable opportunity to detoxify and degrade pollutants. We provide the complete genome of two Exiguobacterium alkaliphilum isolates from a hypersaline alkaline lake and emphasize their potential as bioremediation facilitators.
