Abstract: •Cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs) may contribute to or exacerbate TR, but their impact on tricuspid transcatheter edge-to-edge repair is unclear.•Presence of CIEDs was not associated with higher mortality or adverse events.•Tricuspid transcatheter edge-to-edge repair appears safe and effective in patients with transvalvular CIED leads.
