Abstract: Julio PrĂncipe’s book is highly relevant for therapist training and supervision, providing a practical guide for self-assessment and professional reflection. Grounded in the solution-focused approach, it integrates principles, strategies, and tools applicable to individual, family, and organisational work. The text combines a systemic perspective with structural constellation techniques, proposing the therapist’s role as a “systemic gardener” who supports personal growth through clients’ own resources. Its interactive nature and structure are based on the principles of Clarity, Humility, Appreciation, Resources, Language, and Action. Although it could further explore organisational applications, the book offers a human, empathetic, and non-pathologising approach that strengthens reflective and collaborative practice. Overall, it represents a valuable resource for professionals seeking to foster constructive and hopeful processes of change.
